A SHORT STORY: Mad
The last thing Quentin saw before his memory loss - was truly horrifying and traumatic. He and his friend Roger were victims of a violent mugging. Roger resisted and was savagely stabbed. Quentin stood-by helplessly. He watched the blood ooze and squirt from his dying friend. The attackers ran. Quentin’s eyes went blank. He collapsed. When he awoke several hours later, Quentin was blissfully unaware of his ordeal or his surroundings. His family sought the advice of the best hypnotherapist money could buy. “Yes, there is a way to cure his Amnesia; it’s a very powerful technique,” said Saanvi Sadana. “Then let’s do it,” urged his family. Saanvi lit incense, played calming music. She cradled Quentin’s head in her hands with her thumbs across his eyes and proceeded to recite powerful affirmations until he responded. Saanvi was exhausted by the time Quentin opened his eyes. He smiled. His eyes moved calmly around the strange room wondering who this strange woman was and what he was doing here. Then he spotted his family in the background. He smiled again. They were overcome with emotion. His eyes continued to scan the room for clues. His smile plastered to his face, as if he could see, hear, smell, and feel for the very first time. At first his memory returned slowly. Then it all came flooding back. He winced once, twice and many times. A wince for each stab he remembered! His eyes closed. When they opened again moments later, his pupils were dilated – he recognised nothing and no one. His smile was replaced with aggression. He went on the rampage, overturning all loose furniture and flinging all loose objects. There was a reason his subconscious mind had opted for Amnesia, now his madness could never be reversed...

you are on a story spree. Is it instant or already from collections.
Nice one
@angelro - You flatter me. I have no collection of writings, lol! I started this one about an hour ago, for the Foxtales contest. We live in an instant world, I'm trying my best to oblige with instant stories...
That's best- Instant World, instant food, and instant creativity. Carry on, those are nice are,
