THE NARROW ESCAPE

Eve woke up feeling a sharp pain on her shoulder, her heart beating fast as she looked around trying to recollect where she was and how she got there. Her mind whirrred as it tried to work out what happend,she remembered she had been walking home and decided to take a shorter route home in other to get home quickly before it's gets dark. She remembered having the feeling that she was been followed, a strange sensation creeping down her neck, although recent events of missing persons had made her wary of taking the Bush path but she took the risk instead. Panic flushed through her spine as the thought that she had probably been kidnapped cross through her mind buh she felt relieve because she had not been tied or confined to a chair.
The door to the room opened slowly and a tall man walked into the room, he stretched both hands out in a bid to convince eve that she was safe and he meant no harm. Eve who had already taken few steps back began to feel a little bit relax. Where am I and how did I get here? she asked… I will explain everything to you the man said as he urged her to sit down.
There was a hooded figure on ur trail which I knew u hadn't noticed and his movement was strange which made me sense you were in danger. He had managed to get you unconscious before I got to you but I manage to scare him away before he could do you any harm. You have to stay here for the night because who ever it was might still be out there . Eve couldn't believe her carelessness almost made her prey for the man in the Hood.
