Here is an interview with someone who was in CFS care in Winnipeg and was sexually exploited at Bonnycaste park.
He is mentally damaged from all the abuse and drug abuse. He named multiple children from this network and off camera he named the park before I did. He is but a piece of his former self and wanders the streets of my city in despair and is homeless. I feel bad for this guy. Bonnycastle was a park in the wealthy part of downtown 4 minutes away from the legislative building.

So basically, the CFS system is so screwed up, that instead of helping children like it claims to, they create children that very often end up in prostitution and drug abuse.
These children are not being protected or cared for at all.
Yes and the children can come and go because they don't stop them. Also they don't try to find the pedophiles that exploit the youth.

It is a shame this crap has gone on as long as it has. Why have we allowed this? Where is our moral compass as a s society? Is the exposure to these stories a conditioning on the public or will this evil ever stop? Thanks for sharing and your part in putting an end to this.
