If you are holding your private key, you don't need an exchange. All you need is a reputable and trustworthy software wallet of the new coins. But beware of scammers! It might be good to move Bitcoin to another address first...
Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold. That's it.
Those are the two most supported so far.
