Actually, the fruit in my hands it has the yellow color, but the yellow color is different from the fruit in your place (I think), just a slightly yellow, but its ripe. :)
It's good to know you are eating the ripe fruit! With some plants, I can appreciate that their ripeness looks different between tropical climates and northern climates. I will go with local knowledge and experience any day! That's why I like seeing your reports! Enjoy your little Physalis fruits! :D
