It's always nice to see the results of a successful foraging outing! It looks like the fungi are really fruiting with your weather. It will be nice to see how you are using your chanterelle harvest, too. That's some good eating, for sure! Happy foraging! :D
We are eating them every way you can imagine, lol! So Good! I will try pickling some as well!
