As much as I like Arsene as a person (his loyalty and also rewarding loyalty), I think he is too comfortable on the job. He is not under tension to perform like other managers hence, the reason why Arsenal has stagnated. If his job is under threat I think he might make some better decisions in terms of market deals and discarding his blind loyalty to some players
Yes absolutely agree on this, the other managers are fighting for their jobs, while Arsene does not his job is secure no matter what happens his job will not be in danger. Also I think an issue in the owners also, I think the owners of Arsenal is in there for the money. Top 4 and in the champions league plus massive ticket prices they are happy. While you see Abromvich the owner of Chelsea, you don't win any silverware or the Champions League you get the sack.
