Want to watch even more football?

in #football6 years ago

I am a big fan of football, but I am not a fanatic sitting down to watch a match in a replay. Does anyone actually do that? Can you imagine watching a football match for a second time? I am not really sure, but I cannot imagine anyone doing that.

Well, there are some exceptions, as football coaches sit down to watch a match in order to learn more about their opponent, or in order to analyze their most recent games. But, a normal football fan who has just been to a match or watched it in TV sitting down to watch the entire match over again? I can hardly imagine that!

But, there are some reasons why people would want to watch a match in a full replay. I remember as a youngster during a tournament I took part in, I couldn't watch some very interesting matches from a tournament. But, instead of paying attention to the results on my smartphone (which I did not even have back then), I recorded the match. I paid very much attention to NOT hearing the results of the matches from anyone, meaning that I could watch the matches in full when I got back home and experience the same excitement I would have had if I watched it live in the first place.

Maybe this is why you would be interested in watching football on demand, that is, watching an entire match online after it has originally been finished. Recently I discovered some great tools if you are interested in this, and the most important of them is Hotstar in India. This is a streaming site with lots of content, and most importantly, you can stream all the Premier League matches online, on-demand, or just show the highlights from all matches there. Again, I cannot imagine watching a full Premier League match after it has been finished, but I can easily imagine sitting down to watch shorter videos presenting the highlights from every single match, or maybe presenting the best goals from the different rounds in Premier League.

But, what if you would be more interested in watching replays of matches in Serie A, or maybe La Liga in Spain? Is that possible as well?

You cannot watch Serie A or La Liga on Hotstar in India, but there is another Indian TV channel giving you access to matches in these leagues, both live and on-demand. SonyLIV is the name of the platform, and there you can stream a whole lot of different sports, and in addition, stream popular TV shows from Hulu like A Handmaid's Tale and so much more. Does that sound nice? You can read more about how you can watch SonyLIV outside India here.

We are entering some entertaining weeks now with the final matches of the Premier League in England, and just as exciting, the quarter-finals in the Champions League. There will be a total of 4 English teams playing in the Champions League quarter-finals, and I have a feeling that Manchester City and Liverpool will move on towards the semi-finals, while Tottenham and Manchester United will say goodbye to the tournament after their upcoming quarter-final matches against Barcelona and Manchester City.

Would you like to watch these matches? Maybe live or on demand? You can watch the Champions League on SonyLIV in India as well, if not, follow these instructions for more information on how it can be done!

Thank you for reading and have a wonderful day!
