A few rumors from the World of Football (2018-06-11)

1. Alisson is a leader on Real Madrid's wish list

Acquiring a new goalkeeper is one of the priorities of Real Madrid for the summer transfer window. "ABC" states that number 1 on the "Royal's" wish list is currently Alisson.

Goalkeeper of Roma and the Brazilian team has had a very good season in which he collected high marks for his performances. In the Italian capital they do not want to get rid of one of their most important players, but it may happen that an offer that can not be rejected will be made in Alissona's case.

During the recently completed campaign, 25-year-old goalkeeper Romy appeared on all fronts in 49 matches, keeping 22 clean accounts during this time.

The transfer cost would be close to around € 50 million.

2. Antonio Conte will sit on the Real coaching bench?

On Thursday there was information that Fernando Hierro could become the new coach of Real Madrid, as the name of the potential successor of Zinedine Zidane. "Marc" reports that Antonio Conte is currently the favorite to take the "Royal's" controls.

The 49-year-old Italian spent the last two seasons at Stamford Bridge, where he managed to lead Chelsea to the Premier League championship and the FA Cup. However, the finished league campaign was not very successful by the Chelsea who finished 5th in the table and did not qualify for the next Champions League.

The mentioned "Marca" thinks that Florentino Perez would like to bet on a certainty and from among all the professionals who are currently available, the Conte's skills are the most valuable.

The Italian coach, before taking the lead in Chelsea, also led Italy, Juventus, Siena, Atalanta Bergamo, Bari and Arezzo.

3. Atletico Madrid decided to Lemar transfer

There are many indications that Thomas Lemar in the summer transfer window will change club affiliation. Atletico Madrid is determined to win a 22-year-old French representative (which is also one of Arsenal's main goals).

The heads of "Los Colchoneros" want so much to bring Lemar to the Spanish capital that they even asked Antoine Griezmann to persuade his teammate to transfer to Atletico. The club from Madrid will have to pay for the winged AS Monaco about € 55 million. There is also an additional € 10 million paid in the form of bonuses.

Lemar played 38 matches in the colors of Monaco last season. The 22-year-old winger scored 3 goals and 10 assists.

I would much rather have Klopp in Madrid than Conte, Klopp is the hot new manager that could thrive in one of the strongest teams in the world, Conte...I don't see what Madrid gets from him.

And I don't know about Allison, great if they get him, but Madrid can get a better keeper if they want a starter and does Allison want to go to Madrid to be a substitute?

Much was said about the transfer of De Gea and Courtois, but recently these conversations have died down. Now there are new rumors about Alisson;) In addition to Real, Liverpool is very interested in transferring the Brazilian. They don't have a goalkeeper at all ;)
PS. I think Kloop is not going to leave Liverpool at this momment.

They have died down because they keep getting older and more expensive and Madrid can't just make that kind of investment, De Gea was the Madrid dream for years but you can't keep that forever without actually getting the player, eventually one of them will get pissed off, last keeper Madrid reportedly had a chance to get was Kepa for a bargain, but allegedly Zidane vetoed it to keep Navas and Kepa just renewed his contract with his team (Athletic Club?, don't really remember) and basically doubled his price, so Madrid won't be getting him any time soon.

Also Yeah Klopp and Pochetino are probably staying put, but Madrid seems to be interested in them, out of all the names being tossed around I feel Klopp is by far the best one...Guti shouldn't even be on that list.

Guti is a former Real player like Zidane. Perhaps it will turn out to be Bullseye :)

He did play for Madrid, but his coaching experience is almost nothing. he is in the kids division of the team, threatened to leave if he didn't get a promotion to one of the higher tier divisions, that should be at most Real Madrid Castilla...giving him the keys to the house is insane. even Zidane who came with almost no experience, came from being coach in Castilla, and being the assistant to one of the previous managers during the 10th champions trophy the team won, so he didn't come out of nowhere.

I feel Guti is the Media's candidate who push him because he is a friend, but that's too big of a gamble for Madrid.

I quipped with this Guti. I would not see him as a real candidate for a Real Madrid coach.

Wow, I thought Lopetegui had said no earlier...that came out of nowhere

It is said that when Alisson comes to Madrid, Keylor Navas will be sold.

Selling a goalkeeper that is coming from 3 champions leagues in a row, just for Alisson?, that would make Real Madrid look like the Star Wars empire...they can't do that and look good, Navas is staying at least one more year so whoever comes would probably be a sub (Kiko Casilla is terrible tho)

We will see. Everything should clear up in the near future ;)

well yeah, I mean. at this point is just speculation. but can you Imagine LeBron winning 3 finals in a row, and Cleveland being like "oh hey, thanks dude but you can go now, we are getting this unknown kid to replace you"

everyone involved would burn the stadium to the ground the next day.

Everyone in Madrid's starting lineup will probably stay for one more year, unless they want to leave cough Cristiano and Bale cough
