Perfect for both breakfast and dinner.
Ingredients :
🍄 Champignons 300g
🍜 Pasta 50g
🥚 Egg 4pcs
🥛 Cream 10% 1 tsp
🥔 Onion 150g
🏺 Olive oil 1 tsp
🍚 Salt and dry garlic
✔️ Chop and fry mushrooms with onions
✔️ Boil pasta
✔️ Beat eggs with cream and spices
✔️ Add pasta to mushrooms and pour everything with an egg mixture
✔️ Fry over medium heat with a lid closed for 6-8 minutes
