"The best"

"The best" is coffee shop on the corner of the University street and Skovoroda street.
I like to spend time here when I come to Chernivtsi. There is always a delicious coffee and good pastries. There is a small library with good books and fresh newspapers. And here like to spending her time photographers, writers, teachers, journalists, artists and other creative individuals. When you are in Chernivtsi, be sure to go to this cafe.
