Stuffed Squid Soup for the Weekend

I haven't made this in a while and the kids have been asking for it for the last few weeks. Since it was the weekend I decided to finally make this stuffed squid soup for everyone. I usually put carrots and celery in as the vegetables and most of the time I'll top it off with some fried garlic. I was in a hurry today so I decided to skip the fried garlic but it still came out super delicious.
