Breakfast dishes of Kerala

Puttu and Palappam are some of the common breakfast dishes of our state, kerala( the land of coconuts).

Palappam, a sort of steamed dosa

Kadala or lentil curry is had with almost all these foods. It is healthy and also easy to prepare. Steamed foods are common in our state and oil is used in very low amounts but coconut is used very generously.
