The crunchy deliciousness of the Chinese broccoli!
The Chinese broccoli is a staple on any dim sum menu! The vegetable itself is a juxtaposition of texture. The leafy green is soft and chewy while the stalk of the vegetable is nice and crunchy. Pair it with a nice oyster sauce and you have yourself a perfect little dish!
