Many burger joints or stalls proclaim themselves as pros but they fail big time simply because they don't know a single basic fact that lettuce and tomato slices CANNOT go underneath a meat patty. Juice from lettuce and tomato quickly makes a bottom bun soggy and absolutely unfriendly to eat.
