Traditional Czech delicacy, trdelnik or trdlo. It's exactly is not clear where this delicious thing appeared first, in Czechia or Slovakia, Hungary or Romania, but now it's part of Czech culture and cuisine.
The most delicious czech street dessert, that is made on fire on your eyes . Sometimes it's difficult to stop yourself from eating more and more, so this trdelnik is the sweetest way to die.

It's actually quite funny how most local's have never had trdelnik even though Prague is known for it. I'm not sure why that is but if you go around Prague and talk to locals they usually say they've never had it even though they've heard it tastes amazing.
