A Simple Thai Dessert
Some may never see this dish before. It is a Thai dessert which you can order from many Thai Restaurant. The taste is sweet
This one is home made and the most simplest one. In the restaurant, normally they will add jackfruits and few more ingredient.
First is this. I dont know what is the english name of this... Here in Malaysia, sometime we can see it in the market. We need to peel it off and the white colour (inside of the fruits) will be cut into cube shape.
Then, mixed the cube with flour. add some coloring if you want. (normally can use red colour syrup)
After mixed it, put them into the boiling water. After 10 minutes, it will be ready to serve.
In the Photo above, it is serve with milk
