My Version of Escabecheng Tuyo (Dried Fish)

Just want to share our dinner for today. Craving for some salty dried fish so i decide to have it on our dinner. Since I love adding ginger to almost any dish that I cook( hubby hates it! :D ), I put quite a lot forgetting that my other half doesn't like it. He prefers the dried fish toasted but I want it soft. We're quite opposite, me and hubby. What I like, he doesn't, and what he likes I don't. That's how we are most of the time. So yeah, we got used to it after more than 4 years of being together.

The outcome? I get to eat all of it. Not that I'm complaining :D. I still have some for breakfast the next day! He eat the adobong kangkong instead.
