Express Sweet Potato Noodles!!🍜
A super easy and quick recipe for lunch or dinner! When you haven't time for cooking, you are tired from work or you just bored, this recipe is for you!!
You can use any vegetable you wish! Make sure that you have as much as different colors of them! More vitamins on your table!!!
So make this delicious, super healthy and spicy dish for extra energy in your body!! 😀
ingredients
-sweet potato noodles
-onion
-salt
-eggs
-garlic
-sesame oil
-fresh ginger
-olive oil
-broccoli
-cauliflower
-green beans
-radish
-red pepper
-parsley
-tabasco
-fresh cilantro
-sesame (black)
-soy sauce
method
-Slice onion, fresh ginger, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, radish and red pepper and stir fry all only for 1 minute
-Add sesame oil and soy sauce and stir well
-Cook the sweet potato noodles according to packet instructions
-Fry the eggs
-Serve the noodles with slices of fresh cilantro and parsley, drizzle with sesame, olive oil, soy sauce and tabasco
-Add the egg on top
-Add sea salt and sesame (if you want)
