Adobo is one of my favorite dishes, adobo comes in many styles, there's adobong kangkong, chicken adobo and many more, but this one is my ultimate favorite of all adobos recipe. This is Adobong Baboy (Pork Adobo). Adobong Baboy is one of the most well known dishes in the Philippines. Even foreigners have come to love this particular dish. It is simple to make and only requires very few ingredients such as pork meat, vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf, garlic and peppercorns. Gutom na ba mo? Ali mangaon ta😋
