Melanzane e feta
Aubergine mit Feta
Ein einfaches aber sehr leckeres Gericht

Zuraten:

  • Fusilli
  • Aubergine
  • Feta
  • Olivenöl
  • Zehe Knoblauch ganz
  • Chili Schote ganz
  • Pinienkerne
  • getrocknete Tomaten
  • grobe Brösel (am besten selbst gemacht aus alten Weißbrot
  • frischen Basilikum

Auberginen in kleine Würfel schneiden. Öl, ganzen geschälten Knoblauch und Chillischite in Pfanne erhitzen. Auberginenwürfel hinzugeben und dünsten bis die Aubergine weich sind.
Nebenbei die Fusilli mit viel Salz im Nudelwasser al dente kochen und die Pinienkerne und grobe Brösel in etwas Ölivenöl anrösten.
Fusilli zu den Auberginen geben, getrocknete Tomaten, Feta, etwas Basilkum, Olivenöl dazugeben.
Alles schon vermengen und zum Schluss die gerôsteten Pinienkerne + Brösel dazugeben.
Fertig
