Today I have a suuuper delicious and very easy vegan Guacamole recipe for your guys. Guacamole is a spicy avocado dip from Mexico and you can eat it with almost anything: as a vegan spread for wraps, sandwiches and bread, as a salad dressing, a pasta sauce or as a dip for veggie sticks, tortilla chips, etc. I recommend homemade Guacamole because it always tastes better than the store bought one. For this easy recipe you need only few minutes and a handful of simple ingredients!

Ingredients

• 2 avocados
• 1 lime
• 1 tomato
• ½ small (red) onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• dash of salt, pepper and optionally some chili flakes
• optionally a handful of chopped cilantro

Instructions

1. Place the avocado meat into a small bowl and mash it with a fork.
2. Add the lime juice so the avocado won't turn brown.
3. Peel the onion and garlic, wash the tomato. Dice the ingredients and add them to the avocado mash.
4. Add the spices and chopped cilantro and mix well.
