In general, I believe it's best to limit your sugar intake significantly, but it's pretty difficult (and not entirely necessary in most cases) to reduce the amount to zero... Keeping your eye on your sugars, especially added, processed sugars in drinks, baked goods, candies, treats, salad dressings, etc. really helps... They are available in abundance and add up fast! Awareness is bliss!

That's absolutely true...I have significantly reduces the process ones but I do take natural sugar in form of fruits..
