MUSHROOM PORK CHOPS with GARLIC MASHED POTATOES with VEGGIES! ORIGINAL PHOTOS
Good afternoon fellow Steemer's. Today I have share a very easy and delicious recipe for you. It will be one of your quickest meals for dinner. My mushroom pork chops. So tender you can cut with your folk, no need for a knife. Hope you like!
All you need is your lean pork chops, 2 cans of mushroom soup and your good to go.
Pour your mushroom soup into a casserole dish and mix with a little bit of milk or water to thin the soup out.
Place your pork chops in the soup.
Make sure your pork chops are covered with soup mixture.
Cover and cook for approximately 2 hours at 375 degrees. Your pork chops will come out tender and delicious.
Serve it up with some yummy garlic mashed potatoes and your favorite veggie. Bon Appitite
