Lugaw and Tokwa't Baboy

A staple Filipino street food usually sold at hole-in-a-wall eateries ("karinderya"). The "lugaw" is rice porridge and "tokwa't baboy" is fried tofu and pork. The dish is seasoned with fish sauce and a local lime (kalamansi). It's a favorite comfort food.
