Evevoyage’s Kitchen | Pork Chop
Last night’s dinner, served!
Dinner was plate up! Grilled pork chop served on baby spinach topped with croutons, cherry tomatoes, rosemary and served with fresh peaches, nectarines and homemade wasamayo sauce.
Food presentation 👉🏻 FAILED! Have to practice more, there is still room for improvement.
Taste 👉🏻 The verdict from family, taste good and the meat was juicy! Sauce, “you nailed it” a compliment from family as well.
Feeling 👉🏻 Happy! Practice makes perfect!
