Favorite sandwiches. / Любимые бутерброды. #foodphotography

I want to show you one of my favorite sandwiches. These are sandwiches for a festive table. They look very nice and taste very good.
The recipe I have since Soviet times, when the products included in it, were scarce and acquire for the holidays. And mayonnaise was the main sauce for celebratory dishes. Now all this is no longer relevant. But I still like these sandwiches.
I make them on black bread. Slices of bread are fried, smeared with mayonnaise. Sprats are laid on them. Boiled hard-boiled egg cut into rings. Ring the squirrel around the tails of sprats. Sprinkle with crushed yolk. Put a little caviar, decorate with a sprig of greenery (dill, parsley). Enjoy!

Хочу показать вам одни из моих любимых бутербродов. Это бутерброды для праздничного стола. Они и выглядят очень красиво и на вкус очень хороши.
Рецепт у меня ещё с советских времён, когда продукты, входящие в него, были дефицитными и добывались к праздникам. А майонез был основным соусом для праздничных блюд. Сейчас всё это уже не актуально. Но эти бутерброды мне нравятся по-прежнему.
Я их делаю на чёрном хлебе. Ломтики хлеба обжариваются, смазываются майонезом. На них укладываются шпроты. Сваренное вкрутую яйцо нарезать колечками. Кольцо белка уложить вокруг хвостиков шпрот. Присыпать накрошенным желтком. Выложить немного красной икры, украсить веточкой зелени (укроп, петрушка).
