The craving for Thai food

Aloha,

Lying sick in bed for a week triggered a dream of my last vacation.
Last year my girlfriend and I traveled to Thailand to visit her family. And I have to say that Thailand is wonderful. I am missing the little street food shops and that you can get awesome food for small money. Here in Germany you can mostly get only kebab, pizza or sausages on the streets.
And now I really want to eat laab moo, a kind of spicy pork salad with minced pork, onions, coriander, mint and thai chilis.

It's fresh, salty, meaty, sour, sweet, spicy and most importantly, it's totally delicious.
Right now we are planning a Thai food weekend where we want to prepare different Thai dishes like for example laab moo or green curry. At the moment I almost can't wait to cook these dishes haha. I will definitely write about it so look forward to it.
