This dish look so delicious. My grandmother use to make Schnitzel all the time, this brings back so many childhood memories. I really wish you would have put your recipe.

But I think it will be one breaded with panko because its so crunchy especially if it's breaded two times xD

Uhmm, that just sounds delicious. I personally prefer the extra crunchy texture as well.
