Nigerian food inspiration :plantain is Bae

IMG_20180104_144812_204.jpg...arguement or not , plantation is ------(fill in the gap)...it can be eaten in different meals. It can serve as apppetizer(diced plantain) main meal(gizdodo),dessert(plantainchips Or just as a side to a meal just as I have in the picture.. So I had my leftover plantain and asun with rice for dinner ,taste so good. I think the plantain got sweeter, maybe because it's diced... Lol
