Kinilaw na talong in english called Eggplant Salad
A lot of us know that Eggplant Salad is very good and it's easy to make, all we need to do;
- Grilled the eggplants
- Peel the eggplant or you can leave the skin it's up to you
- Chop some onions, tomatoes, green pepper
- Pour some white vinegar
- Squeeze lemon or lemonsito after you combine the ingredients. That's it😊
It's very easy to make and for sure it will satisfy your craving.
GUSO in english called Seaweed
Everytime I eat GUSO I always remember my father because when I was young every Sunday we used to go in the market and he would never forget to get GUSO it is one of his favorite and we always eat together cause even my siblings love it.

Yes, I do like eggplant parmesian. A restaurant here called The Olive Garden makes a good one. I don’t think they have a The Olive Garden in the PH do they?

I would adore this salad. I love roasted eggplant! It has so much flavour when you roast it. Great idea to put it in a salad. Healthy, delicious, simple, and quick! 😄
