SCRAPE IT!

Summer is fast approaching here in the Philippines. People are finding ways to cool themselves. Of course, where else would they go besides going the beach? To the mall!

A good fried of mine gave me 2 gift certificates worth of 1 cup of dessert each. Who doesn't want a free dessert? They franchised this dessert business, and I would like to experience this one of a kind dessert.

Upon arriving at the kiosk's location, you will see a standee of their menu. There are 12 choices. Well, the kids will choose since they really love ice cream. They chose Graham Kinder Surprise and Choco Mud Pie Supreme.

We observed how they prepare the desserts. One big scoop melting ice cream to the big round pan and they spread it into square.

When the ice cream freezes, they will SCRAPE it, roll it and put it vertically in a big cup

Add the whipped cream on top and the chocolate syrup.

Then, add the chosen toppings like the graham crackers and chocolate bar.

Kids and kids at heart loved it.

Here's what we observed:
□A single serving is good for sharing
□The price is reasonable
□There are plenty of flavors to choose from
□IT IS 90% LESS SUGAR!!!
