Halo - Halo in Young Coconut Shell

Working outside the Country is very tough especially you have to adjust to everything. The climate here in UAE is extremely hot and everytime summer hits, I crave for this food: halo-halo. I went home for short vacation last December and I found a place called Dear Manok in Iligan City where they serve halo-halo in a young coconut shell. By taste and presentation, this is so far the best halo-halo I have ever tasted.
