LECHON KAWALI (Crispy pan-fried roasted pork) is a popular filipino dish made from pork, boiled in spices and deep fried in cooking oil.

    Whenever you're in the Philippines just ask for "Lechon kawali", most restaurants serve it. Its the best beer match you can have.. Just followed you and see you around!
