    They take about 30-45 minutes. The yeast need to ferment in warm water for about 15 minutes and you need to let the mix double before cooking.
    There are many recipes online with or without eggs (for vegans). Here is one with eggs https ://www.thedailybeast.com/petulla-recipe-for-albanian-fried-dough

    I am not sure if @albanian4life has an available recipe or just knows how to do it; The recipe I have is without eggs but in Albanian; so I will translate and post for all
