Neither had I...I was seriously in the mood for pizza but didn't want the heavy stuff you know? Puff pastry is great for that! Now if I could figure how to make gluten free ;) I would be really happy! Thanks @riverflows, so great to see you!
You can buy gluten free flour, which works pretty well... well, you can here anyway! I dont know about GF puff pastry though....
