For the Love of Munckins
I am always fascinated by how food are really made. In my simple ways, I super try to recreate them to best that I could. Since my first born loves munchkins so much that I decided to keep it homemade. And I realized it was pretty easy to make because the ingredients are easy to find in our local grocery lines.
So, I have made two flavors of munchkin. One is rolled over coconut flakes while the other is just pure crushed graham.
There's actually a secret, in the middle I have inserted some melted chocolate.
The can went empty after an hour! hahaha

Yes they are truly yummy. Well actually munchkins are small cakes/donuts. But in this recipe i used crushed biscuits then mixed with condensed milk. Then I begin scooping a teasful of the mixture and shaping them into a ball. Once they are in ball shape you immediately let them roll over bowl of coconut flakes. And chill! 😍😊
