Cost: $12.90
Comment: The short, starchy rice noodles (I believe they're colloquially referred to as "rat tails" in Chinese) are extremely filling. Don't be deceived by the small-looking claypot; you WILL struggle to finish this yummy dish. Despite the thickness and starchy-ness of the noodles, they never become bland and hard to eat.
