Dadiah (curd) is a traditional fermented milk popular among minangkabau people. Made by pouring fresh buffalo milk that is not heated the depth of the bamboo tube covered in banana leaves, and let it propagate spontaneously at room temperature for 2 days. The milk is fermented by lactic bacteria, the original bacteria from buffalo milk
Dadiah(Dadih) adalah susu fermentasi tradisional yang populer dikalangan orang - orang minangkabau. Dibuat dengan menuangkan susu kerbau segar yang tidak dipanaskan kedalaman tabung bambu yang ditutup daun pisang, dan membiarkannya merambat secara spontan pada suhu kamar selama 2 hari. Susu tersebut difermentasi oleh bakteri laktat, bakteri asli dari susu kerbau.
