Matang adalah salah satu kota kecil di Aceh yang terkenal dengan wisata kuliner paling lezat,banyak wisatawan dan pengguna jalur darat dari kota Banda Aceh menuju kota Medan dan sebaliknya rasanya tidak lengkap bila mereka tidak singgah di kota Matang untuk mencicipi sate Matang..
Sate Matang dibuat menggunakan daging kambing yang bisa dicicipi dengan tambahan kecap manis dan sedikit campuran kacang tanah,sate Matang biasanya dihidangkan menggunakan tusuk..
Hanya ini saja kan tidak apa2.
