［EN/JP］My favorite Japanese sweets / 六花亭 マルセイバターサンド～ 好きなお菓子 コンテスト＃４～

Hi steemians! In this time, I wanna let you introduce my favorite sweets.
The name is "Marusei butter sand." It's made by Rokkatei which is one of the popular sweets shop in Hokkaido.

Rokkatei is quite popular in Japan these days, but did you know that the predecessor was Obihiro Sensyuuann, it was a branch of Sensyuuann?
And, in fact, in commemoration of renaming Sensyuuann to Rokkaitei in May 1977, the Marsei butter sandwich were released.

I really love the taste of butter cream and raisins. Its taste is perfect matching to me.
Of course, it is delicious even if you get it at room temperature, but I always eat it frozen.
The cold butter cream is more delicious.

When you come to Hokkaido, please try making it a souvenir.

私の好きなお菓子、六花亭の『マルセイバターサンド』を紹介します。

六花亭という名前は今では知らない人もいないくらい有名ですが、前身は千秋庵の一店舗である帯広千秋庵であったことをご存知でしょうか。
そして、実は、1977年5月に六花亭へと改名したことを記念して、発売されたお菓子がこのマルセイバターサンドなんです。

バタークリームとレーズン、それらを挟むクッキーの味わいがなんとも言えません。
もちろん、常温でいただいてもおいしいのですが、私はいつも冷凍して食べます。
冷えたバタークリームがまた一段と美味しいんです。
