Your blog posts are so full of inspiration! What gourmet delicacies you showcase here! And, it's quite simple to do!! How fun 💗 i am still having a heck of a time getting my sour dough dough to the bubbling stage. Ah well, just don't give up! Right? LOL .... off to the market for more flour!

do you know someone who has some starter you can have? Maybe a local artisan bakery? It will happen for you and then you'll have your own starter forever and ever! :)

That's exactly the line i was thinking to go! So far my batch is creating a thick hard crust with no signs of bubbling over sadly. I used some of the discard to make crepes....it was great! And, caused a lot of detox for my son!
