Hello! Community! How is your mood ?! Today we prepare meat.

To be able to cook meat is Art! And considered the top of professionalism

All the ingredients you will easily find in the store !! Besides beef tenderloin, I advise you to buy it on the market

                                                        Ingredients

Beef tenderloin 250g
Paprika 100gr
Garlic 40 gr
Potatoes 80g
Rosemary 2 g
radicchio 5g
Balsamic Cream 3g

First, bake garlic

Roast the garlic in foil with rosemary 30 minutes tosle you will get a golden color, and extremely delicious cream of baked garlic inside

Now make the caramel paprika, for this we need a blender

Add 100 grams of water and whisk the paprika

Now pour all through cheesecloth

The resulting liquid was poured into a pan, add the sugar and tormented over low heat until a caramel candy

Well that's all the caramel is ready!

Now bake the potatoes as well as garlic, but it bake for 50 minutes, then slice the potatoes and fry in a skillet

    Hi. I am curating for SteemTrail now and covering "recipes". This is a lovely looking recipe, but you need to be a bit more careful with your tags. With a recipe, "food" is ok for the first tag, but "recipes" is better and more likely that I'll see it. It's very arty looking, so "art" is possibly ok too. But "steemit" is not an appropriate tag and I don't think the "life" curators would like that either. You could use "steak" as a tag. But you don't have to use all 5.

      PS If you can delete the life and steemit tags in the next little while, I can put it in my daily recommendations
