Oooh @knittybynature this looks sooooo good, I am happy to see this tasty and easy-to-prepare vegetarian brunch! I too enjoy eggs and tomato together... you're right saying it's 'comfy' food, but I have never had them with feta as well so I will definitely try this recipe out! Thanks for sharing and good luck!!!

    Thank you very much @woman-onthe-wing!! Feta adds a nice salty taste to the tomatoes and eggs and it also reduces the spiciness of cayenne pepper so I think it makes a really nice combination. :)
