I like to escape the box quite often. It's the rebel in me.
Did you know the original food pyramid was half the current recommendations? 3 slices of bread per day, 2 servings vegetables & fruits. I was reading about the food pyramids and a professor was saying there was no proof that eating the massive amounts of vegetables , fruits & grains made you more healthy. I think he said it was linked to seed & grain companies profits!!
I wonder if the guy is still alive or if he was killed for speaking the truth.
