@gringalicious - I really like the look of your desserts just like I like to imagine their taste. You are absolutely right - the desserts in cute jars, showing layers are the best ones. When I go to pick up a dessert from a buffet, I always pick up the ones like that.
Looking at the pictures, I can almost taste the almonds and coconut cookie dippers. Mouth watering.
