A Foodie's Solution To The Dreadful Cooker's Block With @Gringalicious (Original Blog)
There comes a time when cooking everyday can leave a chef like myself exhausted out of ideas to the point where I am at a loss for direction and am just tempted to order out. But low and behold, thanks to the ever consistent, extremely delicious and diversely high quality presentations that @gringalicious posts on the daily, I must thank her with this post for saving the day with another successful family dinner dish. I just enjoy all her ideas no matter if it's a custom made sandwich/burger,
a stuffed cheesy pasta shell dish,
an amazing chocolate cake/dessert idea,
or other healthy, delectable and tasty vegan options… she's got it all covered.
I told her awhile back I would test out one of her unique, flavorful recipes I had recently bookmarked which was her Superbowl Suggestion the, Traditional Chilean Chorrillana (Beef & Egg Loaded French Fries!) Make sure to check her post out and show some positive community support.
LONG STORY SHORT, this french fry, stripped steak, sautéed onion, fried egg plus loaded with mixed shredded cheeses was an instant game winning touchdown for the tastebuds.
PS: I know my presentation skills with my dishes are nowhere near @gringalicious's but the flavors were off the charts I assure you.
Since I am an experimentalist when it comes to any food creation or recipe, I didn't stick to the guidelines exactly, but all credit goes to @gringalicious for this tasty and memorable dish which I shall now be rotating through my menus at home which my family loved so much. So thanks a lot and I shall continue looking for more great posts from you to avoid Cooker's Block for as long as I possibly can.
