Salad with curd, apple and chicken

Ingredients

• 2 chicken breasts;
• salt - to taste;
• ground black pepper - to taste;
• some vegetable oil;
• 100 grams of grapes;
• 1 large apple;
• 1 celery stalk;
• 100 g raisins;
• 100 grams of walnuts;
• 300 g of cottage cheese;
• some green onion feathers.
  
  

Cooking

Rub the chicken with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Cut the grapes in half. Apple, celery and cooled breast cut into cubes. Mix these ingredients with raisins, chopped nuts and cottage cheese. Season with spices and sprinkle with chopped onion.
