Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients :

1/2 kilo of diced chicken fillet meat.

1 piece of onion cut 3.

Cloves of garlic. Geprek then finely chopped.

Teriyaki sauce.

Oyster sauce.

soy sauce.

Little water pepper / pepper oil.

1 large red chili pepper cut.

Sugar and salt to taste.

How To Make It :

1. Clean the chicken and then cut the dice. Give garlic that has been chopped with pepper / pepper.
2. Then mix with teriyaki sauce just a few spoons, and oyster sauce. Stir well and let stand a few minutes.

3.Prepare the skillet and give a little oil. Saute onion that has been cut and chili pieces if you have paprika can be added paprika, then enter the chicken that has been seasoned with teriyaki sauce & oyster sauce

4.Saute until the chicken is cooked. If you want more cooked meat before in canpur / soaked with teriyaki sauce & oyster first meat on boiled.

5.If you think the chicken meat is ripe then give a little water wait until it sinks and the meat is properly cooked. Then sweet soy sauce and stir until blended.

6.Last enter salt & sugar then taste. Ungkep chicken wait until the spice is right * seep and the meat is right * ripe.

7.Then lift and chicken teriyaki ready to serve with warm rice.
