Healthy Eat
Healthy eating is a very special and sensitive issue for me. Because there is a difference of almost 30 kg between the kilogram about 10 years ago and the present kilometer. I gave you 30 pounds. I did this especially with a special application that I had taken in 2003, proceeding on a very regular basis, under the leadership of my dietician.
I pay attention to long-lasting nutrition and weight loss. I do not get upset with my taste buds, I prefer a diet of vegetables and fruit mainly, I actively walk for at least 30 minutes during the day. From time to time I perform nature walks. When I can not walk in the countryside, I do walking exercises with walking tools that I use almost everywhere.

It looks delicious. my mouth filled with water. I feel happy when I eat good food. I believe that food reflects one's personality. The different flavours in food are analogous to different aspects of life.
